left bicep

my left bicep seems to be double peaking(??)

theyre both the same size (just shy of 16in on full pump) and my bf is about 13-14%. when i flex the left one as if im doing a db hammer, there seems to be two peaks on the muscle (like a B on its side). its gotten more pronounced recently. why is this happening? there is no similar effect on the other one? can i reverse it?

biceps folows back routine:

ez curls
46kg 3x8

hammers bar curls
30kg 3x8

sometimes dumbbell preachers to follow, but not usually

cheers

You could lay off the synthol for a while.

You're just developing a more pronounced split between the long head and the short head of the biceps. Everyone has a split, it just depends on genetics and %bf how noticeable it is.

P.S. Answer your fricken emails. Jeez, your slow.
