i've fallen in love with my legs. if my legs weren't like this i wouldn't have been able to charge up the stairs at covent garden tube while other people had to stop for a rest.
i want to train them hard again. if squats, lunges and sldl form the basis of my leg routine is it necessary to do curls/extensions?
