legs push pull

I'm currently doing legs push pull but when it comes to pull day after back excercises I'm too fatigued to do biceps. Do u think just doing a few sets on my rest day would help ?

Which frequency are you doing the legs push pull at?

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

You don't need to do extensive isolation exercises when you're doing a routine like push/pull/legs. Add a couple of sets after your pull days if you really must. Or just don't bother.
