legs to small and a few other probs+introduction

my legs are to thin. they dont lack strength and arent gangly they just look to thin for my height 6ft and my upper body always has been a little out of proportion to them.

can anyone suggest some good leg excercises for both the upper and lower leg particularly near the ankles.

also what are chest dips as i have no idea.

i need to gain larger pecs as well.

my body overall is like a blank canvass to start working on fat wise so im quite lucky. flat quite toned stomach, visible but not large pecs(NOT BITCH TITS) and decent arms.

i feel a bit lost when i start reading this forum as i tend to go off my idea of what i need to work on which is a small bit of bulking(i dont want to be massive) more defined pecs and bigger legs.

also what is a good excercise to get either side of my abs a little more beefy.

any help much appreciated

The fact that you're looking to make your legs grow is a great start in and of itself

What you're going to wanna do, is a ton of different kinds of squats and pulls. Ignore machines (leg ext, ham curl, etc; they're garbage). Do squats (wide and narrow stance), front squats, zercher squats, deadlifts, stifflegged deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, etc

    Good luck!

I'm not sure about chest mate (mine is garbage hahaha), but for side abs (these are called obliques fyi - pronounce oh-bleeks) you can do:

-side bends (hold a dumbell in 1 hand hanging to your side, then bend over on that side, and straighten back out)
-saxon side bends (same type thing, but using a lighter dumbell, hold it over hand in both hands, and bend to the sides)
-suitcase deads (like a normal deadlift, but only use 1 hand, and start with the bar to your side)
