Hi,

Your information provided isn't really that detailed. What sets and reps are you doing? Have you taken measurements to work out the differences in sizes?

You weight train three days in a row then complete cardio?

What is your 6 - 12 week goal? What is your yearly goal?

Have you thought about doing a routine like this :

Dead 5 x 5
Squat 5 x 5
Bench 5 x 5

3 Times a week, ramping the weights each week.

sorry should of put more
train every other day with cardio in between
normaly do 10 warm up reps then build weight up by 10 kg per set but dropping reps over 5 sets to hit failure.
routine varies week to week over 7 week period so far out of a 12 week routine .
ultimate goal is to build up more muscle mass before starting another 12 week routine of ,
1 week heavy sets
1 week intensive
1 week medium
1 week light
hope this makes sense and thanks for taking the time to reply

Have you always had muscle imbalances or is it just since you started lifting? If you've always had it then I'd have thought eventually things will even out as you progress.

you could try isolating the weaker side and doing extra volume (eg db curls, db rows and db bench with just the weak side).

How much of an imbalance are we talking here?  I mean if your whole left side is way smaller you might have nerve damage.  But if it's a small amount that people only notice when you tell them to look, you're probably just over-analysing.  No one is perfectly symmetrical.
