looking like a beach ball !!!!!

hi there i was hoping for some help and advice im thinking about going back on the gear, i was 18 stone about 3 years ago very over weight and no shape apart from looking like a beach ball, then i decided to train every day after about 4 months i started to look and shape up nicely i then decided to start a small course of 250ml of sus 250 ml of deca and 30 ml of dbol on training days, after about 4 weeks i started to see gains and was hooked on the training and liking the results i was seeing. i was 15 and ahalf stone with 52 inch chest 19 inch arms and 17 inch calfs!!!! then i met my mrs nearly a year ago i have not lifted a weight or played any rugby or taken any gear, im now back at my 18 stone and feeling fat and horrible im working 7 days a week running my own shop and have had very little time to do any thing. but am now going to start training and eating properly again !!!!!! i am hoping to get back on again soon using 750 ml osf sus 500 ml of deca and 30 ml of dbol on training days do you think this is wise has any one got any good ideas on what to start back on thanks for you time !!!!

    Tbh, mate, I'd diet for a while first, train with weights and do lots of cardio.  Should only take you a couple of months to loose maybe 2-3 stone then get some gear.



    I think 500mg test and 400mg deca per week will see you fine.
     
    Or even 500 mg test only.
     
    If your taking dbol I'd go with 30mg every day (split in to 3 doses) for the first 4 weeks.

    as above train naturally for a good few months and reap the benifits save the juice for when you are stuck.

    i would just use 500 test per week with a front load as dbol will bloat you.

    Also consider adex 1mg e3d this will help control estrogen and bloat.

    Don't jump back on gear just yet,train for 6 months or so mate and then re-evaluate.
    Eating clean and training should see you loose weight easily.

    thanks guys for your advice think i better sort my diet out !!! any ideas on a good diet for weight loss my biggest problem is feeling hungry in the evenings !!!!
