loose fat

guys im trying to cut up, is it ok to do a bodypart a day and cardio
everyday, 5 days a week? im 204lbs 5'10" 32 yrs male.i have 21% bodyfat,(fatbastard)i just started.my goal immediate goal to lower the fat to 14% or lower. any ideas? or suggestions.

    key thing is diet...train hard and heavy...i say 3 times a week, one bodypart a week...most cardio on off days....u can do some on weight days but make them at different times ie cardio morning; weights late evening...or other way around.......try some HIIT cardio as well
