It's a mixture of calories and cardio. There is no quick fix for fat loss. You should really be aiming at 2-3 Ibs per week. Drop calories too much and your body will go into starvation mode and slow3 your metabolism right down. Try dropping you carb intake to low/moderate levels. Increase your cardio by adding an hour's powerwalking everyday as well as 20 mins after every weights session and 2x 1x hour long hard cardio sessions each week on the days that you are not lifting. Check out my journal to see how I'm going about it. I've lost around 18Ibs of bodyfat in the last 10 weeks and gained 5Ibs of lean mass as well!!! It can be done!
