lose fat fast

hi guys i realy need help i was lifting weights but they didnt seem to be doing anything to my body (well it didnt feel like it).i weight 22 stone and want to get down to about 18-19.my eatting habbits are good i dont eat loads of chips or burgers.are there any good fat burners out there i want to get to 20 stone by june any help?

    to lose fat, it will depend on your diet and on your calories burned each day. check out the nutrition forum for some good posts, and start doing cardio at least 3 times a week.

    It's a mixture of calories and cardio. There is no quick fix for fat loss. You should really be aiming at 2-3 Ibs per week. Drop calories too much and your body will go into starvation mode and slow3 your metabolism right down. Try dropping you carb intake to low/moderate levels. Increase your cardio by adding an hour's powerwalking everyday as well as 20 mins after every weights session and 2x 1x hour long hard cardio sessions each week on the days that you are not lifting. Check out my journal to see how I'm going about it. I've lost around 18Ibs of bodyfat in the last 10 weeks and gained 5Ibs of lean mass as well!!! It can be done!
