low fat mayo?

is low fat mayo i good source for EFA's, it full of poly-unsaturated, omega 3, omega 6?

also which fat is better for you, poloy-unsat or mono-unsat?

    i dont like the low fat mayo's theyre full of damaged ad oxidised fats.

    I make my own yogurt mayo instead!
