I think this calls for a new Blog entry! How come you've put my Blog in your sig instead of yours? Yours has much nicer pictures and there are links to mine in yours.

Hey Nige, yeah I was thinking about writing up on them, just can't seem to find them anywhere at all. I'll try some ethnic shops next week. I would love to try these nuts out - apparently all the rage in Africa!

As for the blog sig...  My missus frequents the blog and I don't want her prying into my online habits elsewhere. She's already on my case as I no longer eat "normal" food according to her and my Latin American in-laws like to tag-team in and body slam me. Many here are a little more than just novices so I thought it best to slap your blog in the sig as yours is a lot more thorough than mine.

The eBay experiment went t1ts up. They generally are part megalomaniacs and part clowns unfortunately. The thread got to over 4 pages of posting "love for junk" and bickering over sales instead so I left them to it. I think a mod closed the thread down. Infact someone then went ahead and started a sarcastic thread on anorexia.

Well, I did a Google search. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Buy+%22Mongongo+nuts%22+in+UK&btnG=Google+Search&meta=cr%3DcountryUK|countryGB Look what came up!

I've just added a new blog entry. I'm gradually working my way through my e-book, rewriting stuff, bringing it up to date and sticking it in the blog.

lol! Oh well. Guess that nut doesn't get talked about much. Might just go blog about a conventional nut instead then.

Your blog is looking slick. Its a good idea to post your articles in bite size form too as your doing. Prevents information overload. Hopefully you'll slowly get some regulars biting and picking your brains often.

I've noticed the "health" blogosphere tends to be around 99% women with most of them frantically cooking away and posting up an array of tasty looking albeit unhealthy food. Interestingly I've got no hits in Africa, nor has any other health blog I've seen.
