That'll be due to the umpteen subscriptions to Razzle, Mayfair et al and the internet subcription for "personal services".

In the plain brown packages I signed for a parcel today addressed to one of our sales reps, it was from Ebay, she'd told me she was expecting one, when it came I went to the tanoy station and shouted it over the tanoy, will Miss ******* please come to the post room and collect her parcel from Ebay as soon as possible because the vibration coming from the package is causing the desk to shake. When she came to the office her face was a picture.

£56 a year is very reasonable indeed. It would be a really good idea for someone who moves around a small area lots. Such as a gypsy or hobo
