umm, what else would they have done?

"excuse me sir, is that a bomb you're carrying?!"

yes, it's a mistake, but what can you really expect? he was running, the police were pretty sure they'd got somewhere - he was RUNNING (a sign of wanting to get away) onto a train, with a big coat on - personally i think they did the right thing. They simply cant do right for doing wrong.

A shame, but they should do it again if the situation arises.

He was told at gunpoint to stop, he was told again to stop, he ignores them and goes to run onto a packed train with a racksack on his back, the police have to go by their info, in this case their info was wrong. HOWEVER the guy shouldve stopped anyway.

If armed police point guns at me then im gonna stop and do what they want, not try to run away unless i was guilty and didnt wanna get caught.

Youve just turned it into a race topic now...definately to be locked and rightly so.

I dont get why people feel the need to post stuff like this, esp when the put 'probably will get locked' - and then go on to say that everyone should see this. Well I disagree - people do not come to MT to see stuff like this. They can watch the news for this.

Do you think every single TV programme should be interupted for a newsflash for info like this?

Bigjax you're a good member usually IMO - But formal warning for posting this
