Everythings going good this week!
Im actually really enjoying the 5:30am fasted cardio, had a really good week at the gym and compared to last week I havent felt as washed out.

The man in charge has directed me to increase my evening cardio from today - this prompted my daughter to ask "hmm, doesnt he like you lol?" haha!!

We do today what they wont - so tomorrow we accomplish what they cant!

Cant believe I havent updated this for a few days! So tired after the evening gym that the last thing my brain can do is work out how to type!
Hitting the hours cardio at 5:30 every morning, REALLY loving it!
The gyms going well - a couple of weeks back I was struggling and the weights were dropping, but the last week or two has seen them go back to near pre-cutting levels. Dont know whether I have got used to low carbs or I have just simply stopped being a girly whinger and am putting my head down and getting on with it lol!!
The boss man Micky has added in the evening cardio now and thats going well as well!!

Really looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning, I can visibly see changes in the mirror over the last 10 days and in the last week at the gym have had more question and comments than in the previous 6 weeks due to the cutting really starting to show!

Definitely feel confident about hitting the weight for 12th June!

Legs was real good. Its the one muscle group that doesnt appear to have lost any strength during this cut... unless that means that I wasnt pushing them hard enough before I started cutting!!!
Followed by 45mins cardio.. now that was hard!!
70 mins cardio this morning. It was one of those gorgeous mornings where the sun was out, the legs felt as light as a feather and I felt like I could walk forever - well, until I realised I needed the loo!!
Day of rest today and then some more cardio and abs this evening.

We do today what they wont - so tomorrow we accomplish what they cant!

ha mate. I've had to take a sneaky pee a few mornings. Luckily I hardly ever meet anyone when I'm doing my early morning cardio.

Everything still on track!!
Cardio has been great - been using an app recently called 'Runkeeper' so I can log all my powerwalks to make sure Im going for long enough and not slacking!!
Had a really good chest day on Wednesday, back up to the 50kg dumbbells for incline and decline press, did shoulders yesterday and everything felt strong. Also been doing additional cardio after weights, and thats been fine.

Today was cardio AM (back in time for the wedding) and then cardio and abs later today!

Veins showing on legs and skin feels thinner on stomach, just wish all the abs were showing already (yeah I know, slow and steady is best, but if they were to show through right now then it would help lol!!!)

Did my additional cardio and abs yesterday afternoon - all made easier by Pippa Middleton and her mum being all over the screens in the gym!!
60 mins cardio this morning, felt real good.
This afternoon its biceps, triceps, some more cardio and then cheat meal time!

Had a few days off from posting in here! Had to, my mind hasnt been on it this week. From Sunday onwards I have felt crappy - didnt like how I looked, didnt lose the weight I expected, felt like I had gone backwards progress wise!!
I guess this was one of the 'down' periods I had been warned about! Went to bed last night in a foul mood thinking the last 8 weeks had been a waste of time.
This morning I got up at 5:30 for cardio, and when I walked past the mirror I shocked myself - over night I suddenly look like someone who is in good shape and 5 weeks out from a comp!?!?!

So today I spent the whole day on cloud nine and really happy..

although if the scales arent on my side in the morning tomorrow Im going to sulk like hell!!!

nice one mate!  remember, nothing happens in a linear fashion, sometimes a weight loss makes no difference to how you look, and othertimes it makes a huge difference!

theres a certain BF as well where changes stop boing obvious for a while, and then suddenly BOOM! everything will start to come together.

difficult to get through those times, just have to trust your prep guy and try not to overthink things too much! easier said than done though!

Thats my trouble - analyse everything, and then just to make sure I over analyse it two more times!!
But you are right, from now Im not thinking about anything, just going to get on with it! I have Micky to tell me what to do, and he knows a damn lot more than me - so I shall just do as I am told!

Going to Portsmouth tomorrow to take in my first show, really looking forward to it!

Went to Portsmouth on Sunday, absolutely loved it! Went there full of the usual newbie worries and fears - came away feeling so much better! Glad I went to watch one before my first comp or I may well have been a bit in awe on the day of the whole set up.

Cardio going well, doing 1 hour in the morning before brekkie and 1 hour after weights in the evening, keeping the heart rate up.
Still banging away at the weights, cant quite work out why some of my weights have gone back to near pre-cutting levels - but Im not complaining!!

So far this is a much better week - and Im doing my practice poses in the mirror all the time at home after seeing them in the flesh at the weekend!!

Classics here I come!!!
