meatballs training

Might as well start somewhere so here's my xmas wo feast

main course

full squats - worked up to 2 sets of 5 with 200kg, 1 x 5 w 180kg

shrug bar deadlifts - worked up to a double with 260 (1 RM 280) then 20,13 with 180kg (my lower back was still feeling rough from last weekends festivities :))

desert

Lunges one set of 8 each leg with 80kg
Front squats 2 sets of 5 with 120kg
hanging leg raises 2 x 20.

I've cut way back on my rest breaks so the workout was pretty tough going to the point where I puked up my ECA after the last set of deadlifts. Gotta work on my conditioning a little more.

i see. well from a BB prespective you look very good. i much prefer the powerlifter look you have to the mega-ripped but puny BBer look. good going, and nice to see someone with more body hair as me for once!

i am ill at the moment, probablly due to overtrainining and ****ty diet. has been rectified and will start again next week.

will be watching this journal like a hawk as i want to pick up some tips. would you mind... if you have the oppertunity, to post up a video of oyur backsquat (not for proof of weight lifted) but i want to compare form.
