Im in favour of a business choosing whatever they want to attract custom , whether it be men or women only .

what I am not in favour of is a Gym that is cut into 2 parts , a mixed gym and a female only gym , if I ran a gym /i would never do this .

I like to have a,little look at chicks as much as the next man but i find its off putting, im well past trying to show off ( not that theyd be impressed) and like to focus on my session. So i wouldnt be bothered if theyre were no women around. I vrew up in gyms where it was mainlyvmen 99% and the only womem who trained were fairly serious!
I train at a chain type gym now and have for a out 8 years the kit is pretty good but i miss the atmosphere of a sweaty proper old school gym!

More recently, I think more women train better than the guys in the gyms I know and on social media.  The ladies tend to concentrate on the big 3, while a lot of guys are predominantly concerned with doing too much ab work, core stuff and pumpy cable movements that translate to good IG videos.  (serious lifters aside of course).

No, Not that Dr Z.  Please don't bother PM'ing me for 'Price Lists'  You have the wrong guy.

Iā€™m for mixing it, a good boost of testosterone when you see the ladies train does no one any harm šŸ‘
