methdrol

Evening all, I'm new to the site and have been doing a bit of research on methdrol 10mg . I had this given by a friend as a first course. I have also read some posts by set people that they wouldn't use it as a first course. Just wondering what the general consensus is? Any advice appreciated? Also best times to actually take?

    Methadro is superdrol/SD.
    SD is possibly the most potent oral available.
    Also one of the most capable of causing sides.
    Lethargy, feeling like death. Cholesterol issues, BP etc.
    Not for the faint hearted.
    Wouldn't use as a first cycle, would try something that is enjoyable and makes you feel good.

    Years training?
    Results?
    Diet?
    Height and weight?

    6months training.
    Good results just using USN proteins, creatine sci mx pyro leancore
    Mostly heavy protein diet, cut a lot of bread, moved full fat milk to almond milk.
    H 5.11 W 81

    Hardly any body fat.

    By no means do I know everything I know I have a lot to learn and do, just wanting to take my training to the next level.

    6 months training is far too soon to be going down this route in my opinion good sir.
     
    Get your training and nutrition consistent and you will see results. 
     
    How lean is hardly any body fat? If you're already super lean and what to add on size, you just need a good training program, and more importantly a solid food intake to support your goals.

    Lean in the sense that I had abs showing even before I started training, now I'm wanting to bulk up a little.

    Training wise, I generally stay away from mostly cardio and stick with weights. 3-5 training sessions a week.

    I would say my diet is pretty good. Everything is prepared at home , all healthy. I have cut all the shot that I use to eat out which is a struggle at times but seems to be working.

    I will spend some time today researching training programmes and diets on here so I have something to compare with.

    I get what you are saying it's pretty soon,I just fancy doing a cycle. Maybe it shouldn't be methdrol for first instance.

    I concur with Wolfy, 6 months and you should still be getting very decent newby gains.
    Have a look at something like a 5x5 programme, work out your maintenance cals and up them by say 2-300.

    No worries mate, just being honest.
     
    In terms of diet, if you want to add size then it's important to ensure you know what you're taking in. Try and workout how many calories your daily plan is worth, and how much protein carbs and fat. It is a ball ache working it out to start with, but it is important to know what's going into the system on a daily basis and how it impacts your results.
     
    People who are lean and want to add muscle, you need to eat a lot and it doesn't all have to be clean either. There is room for flexibility.

    Prefer people to be honest, maybe I'm been a nob lol.

    I use myfitnessplan to calculate my intake, it gives a rough idea but is definitely a ball ache.
    is there a better app or will that do?

    I'd use myfitness pal too, so that's a decent start. What figures are you looking at intake wise?

    not going to try bulk**** you for the first few months I counted everything possible, checked labels the lot.

    Now I go by what I want to eat
    Breakfast
    1 bannana
    4 wheatabix
    1 shake usn anabolic with chopped oats.

    Dinner
    2 x tins tuna seasoned with pepper
    Sometimes with salad.
    Mixed nuts and berrys

    Tea
    Fish of some sort, Brown rice, salad

    Protein shake after training with chopped oats.

    Nibbles
    Low fat crisps which are craps.
    Nuts
    Fruit

    Not much alcohol, every other week if that.

    Saturdays fatday

    It can vary but that's a rough idea

    To me, seems like it's not enough... But if you're seeing results on the scale and in the mirror keep going till you stall, then add more food in.

    You need to know overall calories, and your macro split mate. Protein, carbs and fat.

    Good advice above mate. 6 months isn't a long time training and you'll have huge gains to make through diet and training regime changes.
     
    That said, it's your body, so if you do decide go down the route of a prohormone/otc steroid there are plenty of options out there. I used SD first myself and I'd disagree that it's a bad option. It deserves respect yes, but is not a bad intro to cycling. Just be sure to read up on pct, and maintaining good hydration on cycle is a must. As a first cycle a 10mg per day dose might be a good place to start. That would minimise the side effects, and should allow you to run a 4 week cycle and get good gains with a good diet.

    Consistency and progression in training, intelligence and dedication to nutrition, and plugging any gaps with the usual supps. 
     
    There is no magic pill... Steroids are great if used correctly and sensibly, but they're not magic, you need to have everything else in place to ensure the best results and a good foundation on all levels.

    Best advice I could give is to focus on diet above all else. Read up, try new things, get your diet critiqued in the diet forum, consider professional advice. Diet is the single biggest factor and if you nail that, if you do get around to a cycle some day I would guarantee it will be hugely more successful if your diet is nailed.
