m&f diet....

this was in julys muscle & fitness was hoping some of yall,could critique it cheers..

all this was based on a 180lb guy.....this is how to change in accordance to your weight.

pro carbs fat calories

high-carb 1.75/50% 1.5/40% <0.5/10% 14
low-carb 1.75/50% 0.5/20% <0.2/30% 14


well that took 4 eva 2 type..wot do you think..im currently 18.5 stone and want to loose a stone....obviously i will do AM cardiov 4-5 times a week

    if ur cutting id keep carbs low all the time and every two weeks have one, maybe two high carbs days in a row only increasin carbs by about 150g each day to kick metabolism back up.

    Not one of mine - you all should know mine are not that anal!

    It's an okish kind of diet, but too textbooky for me. I'd like to see more variety and less counting, but yes sticking to the principles suggested

    What is the reasoning behind the pineapple in the last meal? Is that not quite a fast carb? I thought fast carbs before bed were generally to be avoided? Or is this because pineapple is meant to aid digestion?

    how many grams of carbs are going to be in the minimal amount of pineapple in cottage cheese anyway?
