milk - 1l

might have 1litre of more of semi-skimmed milk in a day .. just wondering, any damages on having so? currently bulking

    should be fine mate, i have more than that in my diet and have done for many years

    might want to avoid full fat though

    I get problems with dairy, but if you can drink 1l of milk a day, you're lucky!
    That's 30-40g of quality protein there.
