milk diet

i have had very good gains with this diet you may know it from squats and milk, i do the diet but with a different training programme i recommend this to any hardgainer. has anyone on the forum tried the diet and did they find it good?

    This is the power and strength forum. I'm familiar with the hardgainer books and diets and the milk diet is bulking.

    when i was young i used to drink 4 litres of milk per day and squat until i puked every week and yes i gained a lot of muscle but even more fat,it will make you look smooth and like **** i wouldnt advise it unless you really dont care about apperance!

    I used milk extensively to go from ~150-230, and btw, im pretty skinny now at 220.

    heres the diet if you ant to do exercise then by all means do, but i usually tend to go a different rountine exercise. go for semi skimmed milk you could put alot of fat on like i have experianced lol with full fat.
