mma weights workout

ok was gna put this in the bodybuilding bit but its more to do with mma rele i need a weights routine to fit around my mma training can any1 help?
ive been out of weights traing for about 2 months now so currently do

mon-mma
tues-mauy thai
wens- ????
thursday-mma
fri-?????
sat-?????
sun-rest

so my gym days will be wensday friday and saturday any help would be appriciated

    There has been quite a few topics relating to this question in the past few weeks so do a search, but in summary, you need something that is simple ie compound exercises, that concentrate on core strength and your ability to produce power.

    You are going to have to find the line between MA and weights or both may suffer.

    I personally have a 2 way split.

    Workout 1

    Chest
    Back
    Shoulders

    Workout 2
    Legs
    Triceps
    Biceps & forearms

    I try to do legs on a weekend, as far away from my MA sessions as possible otherwise I struggle.
