Re:mma weights workout
There has been quite a few topics relating to this question in the past few weeks so do a search, but in summary, you need something that is simple ie compound exercises, that concentrate on core strength and your ability to produce power.
You are going to have to find the line between MA and weights or both may suffer.
I personally have a 2 way split.
Biceps & forearms
I try to do legs on a weekend, as far away from my MA sessions as possible otherwise I struggle.
