mood swings etc..

Ive just started a training program to get fit and try to build muscle ( 2 months ago). i do weight training one day, next day running but no weight training). The training does not seem to be a problem as i am noticing a difference in my muscle and general fitness.
The problems is that i am starting to get really spotty and am becoming very aggressive. Since i started the program i have cleaned up my diet, even though i have never been bad on the diet front but have up'ed my carb intake and protein along with other factors. the thing is i am 26 and so its not like im a teen going through puberty. could it be to do with the training (im not taking any substances other than protein suppliment, not even alcohol), any ideas.

i would put it down to pyscological for the mood swings as you may increase test levels thru exercise but nowhere high enough to have a great difference, as for spots it could be down to the fact you maybe more sweaty...
