most you can curl

whats the most you can curl, straight bar for say 5 good reps strict no swinging of the body[:p]

    I only do dumbbell curls, I use 27.5kg dumbbells but I could use 30's for 5 good reps.

    iv done 45kg but that was about 4 months ago or something. I mean, who trains biceps?!?!? [:P]

    do u think the heavy weight ur curling could be the reason 4 ur huge arms, or is it that ur triceps are used to such heavy pressing movements.


    I think it's mainly because im just so f**king hard.

    My curl has really gone up since I started benching twice a week and hitting triceps twice a week with everything I've got. Then again im also doing heavy rows twice a week.

    Last time I curled was 50kg for 3x5, probably do a bit more for a single set of 5 I guess...
