It's a fairly new show, organised by Hercules gym in Colchester. Been going for 3 years. It's a qualifier for the Nabba Novice Britain.

Last nights show was good. There weren't that many competitors but what was there was good. It worked well in that the atmosphere was great. Not at all boring and nobody who shouldn't have been there when the crowd goes silent.

Hometrainer looked good and looked better to me than he did at Gravesend. (Sorry mate I didn't see where you placed - I was backstage!)
Catmeatchunks was also great, and sharper than last year. Got third in the novices.

Jason Wicker was the guest poser.

The winner was absolutely shredded, but I wouldn't have placed him first.
IMO, you should be lean enough to show your muscle mass off to it's best. Just being super ripped should not be enough to win the class, when there are bigger and more balanced physiques.
Then again we all have ideas of what makes a good physique.
