muscle confusion

today was my pull day

normally i do

deadlifts,bent over rows,upright rows,and hammer curls.

but today i did them all backwards,when i got to my dead lift it really hit me hard, anyone ever tried this? i thought i would give it a go.

    Well it makes sense as the DL is easily the hardest of the 4 exercises and you normally attack them when you are fresh.

    I think I am in favour of sticking with the original routine but saying that a change is good as it can shock the muscles and stimulate them more.

    i change them about all the time ie do bench first, then flys, then another week do flys first then bench, cant bench as much

    CURRENT STAT
    get shreded. 16st 7lbs-15st 7lbs 6ft, to 14st 9lbs (Feb 2011)
