muscle trouble

is there a specific way to train the arm muscle at the back?i ask this because when i flex my arm it looks good at the top but i am unimpressed with the back of my arm,there just doesnt seem to be any growth at the back sory i dont know the name for this muscle,but if someone could tell me how to train this area i would be gratefull,

    1RM Dead 205kgs
    1RM Bench 130kgs
    1RM Smith Flat Bench 150kgs
    1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.

    dude, thats easy, should post it in the beginner forum mind but i will answer anyway,,, skull crusher, close grip bb press, dips (tricep extentions ain't to bad either, oh and bench heavy will work the triceps too)

    close grip bench, tricep dips and heavy dumbell pullovers is what I use

    i have asked this before without success what is a skull crusher?i assume it isnt a hammer or nobody would be here so how do you do it

    is that where you lay on the bench and start at your chest then lower the bell over your head as far back as you can?

    lols yeah its a huge hammer mate! no a skull crusher is also known as a Lying Triceps Press http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/goulet12.htm

    scroll down and you will see number 2 shows you it although i do it differntly. someone will have a beter description than me
