my 5x5 routine strength gains

This was the first time i have ever done a 5x5 routine,all other workouts routines i did reps of 8 10 and it didnt work for me , i started FrankieNY mass routine 12 weeks ago and i got great results from it there not big lifts, and i havent been able to max out yet but here are my 5x5 repping numbers in lbs, i started out light to give my body time to ajust to the heavy weight.

5x5 repping body

before after
bodyweight.195 210lbs
squat.225lbs 350lbs
daedlift.220lbs 330lbs
shoulderpress.155lbs 215lbs
benchpress.215lbs 250lbs

    well done. thats a lot of weight for the shoulder press - from where i stand anyway as we do have some monsters on here ;)
    i'm on week 10 of my first go at 5x5. cheers for the info. useful.

    tash21 just go to the (FRankieNY mass buidling workout) on the bodybuilding forum and all the info you need will be there read threw it first befor you aks a question because 9 times out 0f 10 it will allready be there
