my 95gram protein soup

This is very easy--take a medium size of chicken in the can-drain water-I use progresso chicken noodle soup-mix together in bowl, heat, mmmmmm. The chicken is 15gram of protein 5 serving in can, the soup is 10 gr protein. Hope this makes for good eating

I think you can buy chicken in a can in supermarkets near the corneed beef

    I think he means:
put drained canned chicken into a bowl
add chicken noodle soup from a can or homemade
    heat
    eat

can chicken is around the same price has tuna-maybe a little more expensive- Plus it is ready to eat right out of the can--tastely too. For the instructions-Help2001 hit the nail on the head--death to tuna- Long live chicken

While on the subject of canned foods...any lads looking for a nice bit of meat in a can. Go to iceland in the uk and it is made by John West same makers as tuna. Very tasty with rice or jacket spuds. Also high protein count and moderate fat and carbs.
