Get a proper routine sorted out working all body parts hard once a week,if your chest is saggy you are carrying to much bodyfat, clean your diet up and start doing cardio.

There lies your problem. Most probably overtraining. A rough guide would be train each bodypart once per week.

Chest exercises will do nothing to get rid of fatty deposits around the chest. That is down to cardio & diet coupled with a good structured training regime.

I got those bitchin tits too bud..something i was thinking tho - if i had broader shoulders and wider upperbody they will get stretched out a bit more...but yeah i think they said it best - we need cardio...
    i currently am doing:
frankieNY's 12 wk 5x5 routine, in my third week, but my cardio is only existent in my MMA\submission fighting sessions...normaly 3 times a weeks but recently mates are letting me and themselves down so maybe 2 times or even as low as once...[its sucks] however i have access to a good cycle machine and an okish treadmill [dont really wanna run on it - quick jog is ok tho]
Anyone reccomend a good cardio post?

Is ANY cardio ok to do?
    IE
    3xper week 20-35mins
Mainly excercise bike [its a good one]
    Rowing machine
And brisk walking on the treadmill [as i stated before i dont like running on it because it tends to stick a bit which makes running awkwards].

    Thanks !!!

I found that although I got a better cardio workout doing harder stuff (HIIT etc.), the best cardio I've ever done for fat burning is long duration, low intensity stuff - precisely, inclince walking for an hour.

Maybe you could mix and match - mon/wed/fri, weights; tue/thur, hard cardio; sat/sun, incline walking.

Mate don't worry about the boobies. I used to have them when I was fat, even convincing myself I had gyno. I found them the hardest bit of fat to lose they stuck around after the beer belly was gone. I know everyone wants a quick fix but this would be my advice to you from someone that has done the same. Carry on with the weight training but take advice from the guys here and make sure you're not overtraining. However diet and do a hell of a lot of cardio. You could be like me and have to get down to 14-16% bodyfat before you even see signs of them going away. I know the temptaion is always to bulk when you first start but I really would look at it long term and get rid of the fat first, then you can concentrate on bulking and get your'e diet right. Get a good routine with the weights, loads of cardio and eat a high protein low fat diet and you should be fine. BEAT THE BOOBS!

Man i'd love to be able to have my own tits to play with rather than relying on pulling that night. But yeah, i personally agree with the otehr guys on this one. I think 'working out' with weights will increase muscle mass, but to lower the layer of fat, i think cardio is the solution for you. Find the right ballance between the two bro!

I think though Chris_2004 that once you get into the routine of cardio work, it wont seem like so much a chore by then. its at the begining when you're not so used to it that it seems the most difficult. some people actually like and get addicted to jogging and the suchlike. It also releases endorphins into the blood (which im sure i spelt wrong) which give your body a natural buzz / high / whatever. You'll get used to it mate, and once the boobs come off, you'll feel a sense of aheivement at that point anyway!! - keep us posted of your boob-factor / ratio.

Well like everyone says - for this its - Diet and Cardio [for me low intensity over a longer time 1hr - because of my diet]
