my bulking diet

6h00;8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs cooked in olive oil
80 gr of oats in 200ml skim milk
1 large apple or a large orange

9h30;50 gr whey in water
15 gr of peanut butter
3 weetabix
1 green banana

12h00;200 gr of chiken
100 gr of wholemeal pasta
fibrous vegetables
1 large apple

3h00;50 gr whey
15 gr peanut butter
2 weetabix
1 green banana

5h30;1 wholemeal pita bread
200gr chicken
salad
fruit salad

6h00;cee with 30 gr of whey in water

7h30;weight training

9h15;50 gr whey in water
5 gr of glutamine
4 weetabix

9h45;150 gr of red meat
70 gr of basmati rice
brocoli

1h00;50 gr casein shake
10 ml flaxseed oil

knowing that i'm 24 yrs old,6 foot 4,235 pounds,18%bf.this diet is around 2800 calories,it's my starting point,from there i'll eat more or a little less for minimal body fat gain.multivitamin and natural test boosters are also taken with cee.thanks a lot for your time

    Look closely Gaz, hes 6'4 and 235 Pounds its just formatted wrong, i had to read it three times to make sure

    maxim - The diet looks fine.

    Nice structure
    Decent carb intake
    Decent protein intake
    Healthy fats in there too
    Maybe up the veg a bit though.
