my cutting diet

hi is this diet ok,i train 5 times a week,1 bodypart a day plus 30mins cardio after training on gym bike.i have active job plus bike to work and gym every day,approx 8 miles a day.weight 13 stone,5 10 tall,i want to cut and then add lean muscle.body fat about 20%,i drink approx 3-4 ltrs water every day
7am
30g porridge oats 200ml skimmed milk, cals 174,pro 8.2,carbs 28,fat 1.2

9:30
150g chicken breast, 4 egg whites, cals 271, pro 50, carbs 0, fat 2

12:00pm
30g basmati rice,pile of veg,broccoli,cauliflour,carrots,peas,150g chicken
cals 291, pro 40.5, carbs 25,fat 2
2:30
100g tuna,100g cottage cheese,salad,cals 186,pro 37.7,carbs 3.6,fat 2.1

5:00
4 egg whites 1 yolk omellete,100g cottage cheese,salad
cals 165,pro 25.9,carbs 3.6,fat 1.5
7:00
gammon steak,30g basmati rice.cals 175,pro 12.1,carbs 25.7,fat 3.8
9:00 bowl soup,cals 230,pro 20,carbs 25.2,fat 4.8
10:30
100g cottage cheese,50g tuna,salad,cals 136,pro 37.7,carbs 3.6,fat 2.1

totals cals 1628,pro 232.1,carbs 114.7,fat 19.5

    IMo you will lose lean mass on this diet, if thats not an issue fair do

    is the cardio on top of the 8 miles cycling?

    this 30 minutes will equate to 300 calories roughly

    so you are down to 1300 ish

    then add 5 days of training take another 200 minimum off that, minimum

    then your 'active' job on 1100 calories a day

    fat intake is too low, lack of quality fat too
    the meals are too far apart
    some are incomplete and need eithe carbs or fat
    you have not stated PWO nutrition
    you have not stated when cardio is

    that equates to 219 calories, where are the other 50?

    7am meal has no protein

    100g cottage cheese,50g tuna,salad,cals 136,pro 37.7,carbs 3.6,fat 2.1


    how? 100g cottage cheese = 13g of protein 50g of tuna = 11g where is the rest from

    thanks for your feedback.i will add some healthy fats,and the figures i have quoted are from the packs the food is in.what else would you suggest i add.

    if i have a 4 egg omlette in mornin with 1 yolk,plus cottage cheese.and have chicken breast before the gym and when i get back.what do you think,i appreciate your thoughts,thanks
