my diet (suggestions needed)
ok im 6ft 86kgs and my aim is 2 lose fat and get bigger muscles.
10am bowl of oats 2 slices of wholemeal bread 3 egg whites
12.30 tuna salad roll 1 banana 1 orange 2 scoops whey protein with water
2 scoops whey protein with water immedietly after workout
16.30 pasta chicken breast- or tuna pasta- or chicken or tuna sandwiches on wholemeal bread
18.00 banana and orange glass of milk half pint
20.30 2 chicken breast big portion of mixed veg
i would like suggestion on how 2 improve my diet am i eating enough 2 gain muscle weight?
i forgot 2 mention i take 1 capsule of cod liver oil and multi vitamin each morning and i drink only water throughout the day maybe 1 cup of tea.
