my dream

I just had a dream that I could do pull ups! I was doing loads of them because I was so happy! Have woken up with realy sore tri's although I think that might be from Tuesday rather than my sleep work out.
Does anyone else dream about the gym and exceeding there current abilities?

My tris never hurt after chin ups anyway!!

Anyway I think it unlikely your sleep workout will have done anything!

If you dream about doing a work out you muscles do get a work out.

Thats scientific fact, theres no proven evidence but its a fact.

If theres no proven evidence how can it be a fact?

    Nor can I , but I'm not

As far as I know, forgiveness is for the benefit of the person doing the forgiving, not the one being forgiven
