my first work out was on wednesday

and my muscles are aching like crazy now. But i planned to go back to the gym again today. Just wanted to know if training on aching mucles was risking completley damaging them bearing in mind i'm new to this and pretty skinny??

3 times a week for a beginner is ok but as a beginner, you could probably up it to even 4 times a week. with sufficient nutrition and rest you'll do well

Training with achey muscles isn't a problem. Training on achey muscles and it can be counter-productive.....

Just make sure your routine and rest are sound
