    ok mate
this diet will not support lean body mass rentention

    there is not enough protein
    incomplete meals
too low on cals vs work load
50g of brown rice, again, not a meal

    3 X cardio a week?
    3 X weights week?

see link below for some help

    you dont need protein powder

anything like eggs, beef, chicken, tuna, low fat cheeses etc etc can provide adequate protein

yeah not an optimul diet IMO either..

Cutting, maintaining or bulking I always try to go for the following.

Whey in water on waking, PWO and a slow release protein at bed.

in addition FIVE other meals daily all based around a protein source but also including other foods/macros

Aim for 1.5g of protein per lb of DESIRED bodyweight daily.

Aim for at least 5 fruit and veg portions

Swap oily fish for one protein source for its good fat content.

Plan a diet to include all food groups BUT USE PORTION CONTROL ACCORDING TO GOALS.

On my pre holiday diet I dropped from 95 to 86 kg in 9 weeks using the above formula.

The key to weight loss is sensible food choices at the right time and portion control........that is the key, not denial and starvation and skipping meals etc.

just keep it simple bud..simple and sensible.

My typical cutting meal is 1/2 tin of tuna with olive oil drizzled into it..a chicken breast, and mixed veg.....maybe fruit as desert.....makes up quite a lot of food.but is clean...good quality protein, and low in cals.

As TT says some fo your choices arent proper complete meals....this kinda meal is complete....but easily fits into a lose weight plan
