my girlfriend needs exercise help

my girlfriend is struggling with her wobbly stomach and hips and cellulited thigh tops and middle giblets (bit at top of leg between legs), any brillant exercises she can do.
hi there probably easier if i explain, as above. my current exercise regime and diet is as follows.

get up at 4 have an orange and a glass of milk, followed by 5 x 30mg ephedrine and 3 pro plus, then go to work at 4.30.
at 8 i have two rolls with marmite in, then maybe a clemintine.
at 9 a double decker before going out on delivery which is about three hours of walking carrying 16 kg.
at 12 maybe a clemintine before the gym.
at gym i do a mixture of arms and chest.
after workout sit in steam room , then spa.
then have a fresh orange juice.
then at 5 have tea, may have pasta with sauce.
may be couple of clemintines. then bed at 8.30.

i am 5ft 6, floating around 10 stone. would like to be 9.5 stone , nothings happening.

I'm confused here! I am presuming that b/f started the post for it then to be continued by g/f????

You don't sound particularly overweight to me but I can understand you not liking the 'wobbly' bits. We all have them and unfortunately wobbly bits can't be exercised off in the order we would like them to be, ie we can't spot reduce.

Your diet certainly needs tidying up, where's the protein (are you veggie)? IMO you should not be taking eph unless you have your diet spot on.

For diet look at eating every 2-3 hours, include some clean protein, complex carbs (oats/rice/potatoes/sweet potatoes/wm pasta/wm bread), plenty veg (again, none in your current diet), fruit is fine but limit the amount you have, you need good oils (oily fish or flax oil) and plenty water.

For exercise, you're complaining about your legs yet your program doesn't exercise them!! I'm sure you're b/f can help you out here. Look at doing a split program (3 or 4 days) and some good cardio sessions to help burn your bodyfat.
