my girlfriend needs exercise help
my girlfriend is struggling with her wobbly stomach and hips and cellulited thigh tops and middle giblets (bit at top of leg between legs), any brillant exercises she can do.
hi there probably easier if i explain, as above. my current exercise regime and diet is as follows.
get up at 4 have an orange and a glass of milk, followed by 5 x 30mg ephedrine and 3 pro plus, then go to work at 4.30.
at 8 i have two rolls with marmite in, then maybe a clemintine.
at 9 a double decker before going out on delivery which is about three hours of walking carrying 16 kg.
at 12 maybe a clemintine before the gym.
at gym i do a mixture of arms and chest.
after workout sit in steam room , then spa.
then have a fresh orange juice.
then at 5 have tea, may have pasta with sauce.
may be couple of clemintines. then bed at 8.30.
i am 5ft 6, floating around 10 stone. would like to be 9.5 stone , nothings happening.
