    Try again.

Drop the milk, contains too many carbs.

Your main source of fat is mayo? Replace with alternatives such as extra virgin olive oil, peanut butter, almonds, brazil nuts etc

Change cod liver oil to omega 3 fish oil.

Some added fibrous veg would be a good idea.

    Stats? Weight? BF%?

The keto diet in itself seems fine at first look. But is it really necessary, or even efficient, for someone of your stats and goals? Are you running refeeds?

Steady state cardio on an empty stomach in the mornings seem to work a charm and are strongly advocated on here.

What dieting experience do you have?

    Sorry, I missed this.

Why low GI carbs? Sort of defeats the purpose of a refeed, me thinks. There is a forum which pretty much specializes in keto dieting and ideal refeeds. It's called SkipLoading there, and some criticize it but all the before-and-after pictures there have all been ridiculously awesome transformations. There are some good reads there, I'll do a quick dig:
    http://www.intensemuscle.com/32172-ken-skip-hill-skiploading-contest-prep-picking-his-brain-works.html?highlight=skiploading
    http://www.intensemuscle.com/25060-idead-refeed-cheet-day.html?highlight=refeed
    http://www.intensemuscle.com/33411-skip-approved-skiploading-refeed-day-carbs.html

Just fine reads, see if you think it's for you.
