my personal post workout shake

i done a thread a couple weeks back about my post workout shake consisting of ..
 
waxy mazie (3 scoops)
glutamine 10g
leucine 10g
isatori 3-xl orange
 
gotta say ... amazing stuff!
 
havent had any aches and pains after workouts the next day, and considering im doing high intensity plyometrics, im well impressed.

    track an field ..

    gym wise squats, squat jumps .. bench, push press ups .. split squats .. an i follow each session with a spin on the bike .. im up to 245rpm ... considering i started at 196 4 weeks ago .. id say thts good going!

    jus so ur aware if u wanna try the stuff .. be prepared though .. its not very nice.
