my routine??

hi this is my routine any problems?

monday- back

tuesday - biceps

wenedsay -chest

thursday - shoulders

friday - triceps

sat and sun - rest

how important are doing legs??

    without sounding harsh, possibly the worse structure possible, if you are using a genral mass/strength building regime

    no time to rest

    back and biceps work together on back day, therefore biceps the day after is going to hurt

    same goes with chest shoulders and tricpes

    even without seeing structure of sessions, goals and recovery levels i would suggest something more on the lines of

    chest and shoulders
    back and traps

    day off

    legs and abs
    bi/tr

    day off

    legs? how important, unless you have a medical reason not to work them....as they say....shut up and sqautt

    When i start working out properly im not going ot have a routine e.g back - monday....what im going to do is work out all of my muscles everyday. Is this a problem, is this a bad thing to do. Also how many hours a day did you work out toxic or whats the average time?

    again, no recovery time if you are looking to build quality muscle mass

    read the sticky at the top of the forum for some ideas mate
