my stuff

Hi i'm trying to bulk up a bit, mainly chest and to pack on some muscle generally, So along with my usual cardio I've been doing more weight training duing the week, I also got some protein supplement been using it for the last 3-4 weeks (more or less the same difference in time between pictures)

First pic is in july (i think the date is on it) and the second is today, I understand it can take months and months to notice a decent difference, this is for my benefit really though I think I'm looking a bit further ahead.

cheers
