my thoughts and experiences on hgh
Recently done my 3rd cycle (cutting)and after seeing some mates use it decided to add some growth .
Cycle was 600mg test split 300mg Mon Thurs and for first two weeks also 50mg anavar daily + 25mg proviron.
Also first two weeks tapered upto 6 clen a day.
Started the hgh on the 3rd week(4ius a day for 20 days then 5 iu's a day for next 25) (stopped the anavar) + 25mg T3 plus the test + proviron for the next 5 weeks - also done two weeks of eph.
On week 8 stopped the test + proviron and ran 60mg anavar for ten days still with the hgh + t3 until pct (Nolva) started
So basically ran the hgh for the last 45 days of the cycle right upto pct.
I did have a very clean diet (thanks to toxic toffee) and also done at least 4 hours of cardio a week (lunchtimes)as well as the weights(evenings) pretty much 5 days a week - sometimes 6 as didn't need the rest days
Physique changed dramatically - everyone at the gym noticed and I'm well chuffed with the results.
Just finished the PCT and have basically kept 95% of the gains - fat still not come back after two weeks of eating crap (work commitments - lot of corporate entertainment freebies!)
I personally think - and its only my opinion that if you want to keep cycle gains HGH is by far the best way of keeping gains I'd go so far as to say its a MUST- I wasn't on it for long -no doubt people will say 45 days isn't long enough but it was for a first time hgh user - just long enought for it to kick in once the test was well and truly (14 days after first jab)in my system.
I also think that as HGH actually creates new cells , when you come off it the new muscle cells obviosly need fuel to keep them active so if your diet slips (as mine did) the excess calories are used to maintain them.
As I said - all the above is my own personal experience so feel free to comment on it but dont shoot me down in flames !!!
