    lol

That is a big gain mate but I`m pretty sure most of it is water.

Besides I saw the guy you traveled with and he looked a lot heavier than 10kg`s...

is it a bad increase though nick?

people are worried about putting weight on thinking they will feel worse when they do so, i certainly dont, i have gone up 45lbs in one year, yes, no typo there. i accept an increase in fat, i have also the increase in muscle mass, my sex drive back and looking somewhere near normal rather than a skeletal school boy. yes its hard for me not to be ripped to shreads, but at least i am healthy and i can function correctly

i think enjoyment of life is also as important as looking good and unsustainable schedules often have to scaled down in order to maintain mental stability IMO

I'm not worrying to much about my Ibiza holiday (for 2 weeks) I'm gonna try and do a little jogging or something but damn, I deserve a rest, surely I'm not gonna destroy 6 - 8 months work in a fortnight? Plus I want to bulk up a little anyway

I`m actually worried I`ll lose weight.

There`s no way I`ll be getting in 7-8 meals a day and I`ll be partying non-stop as well. Can`t see myself gaining much at all.

Im not sure steve.....as you know I have been unsure on whcih route to follow training and goals wise ....and tonight was the first night Ive wanted to go to gym after my hol.....and when I think of all the sacrfice and effort it took to lose the weight, its disheartening to have put it all and more back on already.

Some may be water, some may be a little muscle even.....all the time I was dieting I was thinknig how happier I was to be leaner.....but now to stay that lean....and this was only 12 - 14% Bodyfat lean not even sub 10%.....Id have to be doing cardio am daily...and dieting damn hard always.which obviuosly is unsustainable and damn unhealthy really...

Obv I knew I went overboard on hols....but my bod, genetically, tries to re-assert itself to keep my weight over 90kgs IMO.just as an thin guy loses weight in a few days of not eating right...as a fat guy my body lays down puppy fat as soon as I look at cheat food.

One thing is the weight gain has shocked me outta the funk Ive been in after my hol....and made me realise I will have to make a decision on what to do sooner rather than later....if I dont...ill be up to 100kg by month end.

I guess its about acceptance of what is realistic and acheivable for me....and finding that acceptance is what I need to do rather than anythngi else.

we cant all be mens health models and we cant all be MR OLYMPIA either....I need to remind myself what I can be and focus on that with realistic goals...

Jeez...all that weight tho....if you havent seen my foto album.the first pic is me in gatwick airport with a dessert..a fudge brownie and ice cream dessert made for 2 people...which of course i had alone..and then went and followed it up with two magnums too....so I gues I can understand the weight gain

**** me dude, thats some serious weight gain, almost 2lb a day !! I can't imagine its muscle if you didn't train out there? You say you were 10-12% bodyfat - so you could see your abs? I take it you can't see them now?

haha, its all good though mate. Aslong as you had a good time, If you cut i bet half of that will litrally drop off specially once back on a clean diet.
One or twice a year... Keeps you sane, its worth it.

Good luck on your cut? Or whichever path you take.

I think the fact your gorged on junk whilst you were away with relatively little exercise answers why you gained weight

Just get back on the healthy eating and training and crack on mate

Sounds to me like you had a great time putting it on. Don't regret it just use it as a lesson and get your head back in gear as soon as you can.
