my weight gaining journal

I'm currently 65kg my objective is 75kg as fast as possible.

I'm making this to keep myself from not eating since discipline is my weakest point.

The reason why i'm gaining weight is cus i've mady a bet with a friend who reaches 75kg first gets a crate of beer. (he's 85kg)
I always wanted to weight some more it will give me more selfesteem.
Any advice is welcome. thanks
I'll be posting my eating, bulking and cardio.

    17u: an ice cream and some tv sousages with mayonaise, a glass of water with a big spood of sugar.

    18u30:a boiled egg
    8 slices of bread with meat, honey...
    2 glases of fat milk with nesquick and some beer yeast pills.
    A peanut butter bar.

    19u40: 0,7l fat milk.

    weighted myself: 68,5 kg wooohooow.

    Er.. Are you working out aswell? Or are you just trying to put on weight.

    Its not an ideal diet you've started with. How many meals are you having a day? I'd try and aim for 5 or 6.

    I'll post my "normal" daily diet, that has helped me gain 5kg in 3 weeks:

    Breakfast:
    Oatmeal (semi skimmed Milk)
    Scrambled eggs (3 of)
    1 banana
    1 protein shake (whey)

    10.30
    Tuna sandwich (granary bread).
    1 Apple

    12.00
    Caesar chicken pasta with salad

    2.30
    1 protein shake (whey)

    3.00
    workout

    4.00
    Spanish Paella

    7.00
    Rice cakes (my favourite)

    9.00
    1 Protein shake (whey)
    1 grilled chicken breast with maranade
    2 glasses of semi skimmed milk.

    It seems like a routine but alot of the foods are interchangable. Make sure your breakfast and tea are the biggest meals of the day.

    cozi thank you very much? I usualy don't eat in the morning.

    slept 9 hours
    get up 9u eat: oatmeal with milk and sugar, a boiled egg, orange juice, some beer yeast pills, an ice cream

    10u15: a peanut butter bar.

    11u15: soup with my granny.

    12u15: warm meal with fish.

    16u workout back: chins, rows, armpit rows, static laterals, cable rows.
    I have my reasons why i'm not doing deadlifts now please don't comment.
    16u30: milk with protein powder, a peanut butter bar, 0,5l water.

    cozi, I'd have you paella before you workout and have the whey (with some glucose or multidextrin) straight after.

    I'd then eat a big meal at 17.00.

    I'd move the 21.00 meal forward an hour to 20.00.

    What time do you go to sleep? I'd have some cottage cheese right before bed.

    Got realy drunk last night, got a hangover today and can't realy eat much...

    This is something I must try to avoid in the future.
