cozi thank you very much? I usualy don't eat in the morning.
slept 9 hours
get up 9u eat: oatmeal with milk and sugar, a boiled egg, orange juice, some beer yeast pills, an ice cream
10u15: a peanut butter bar.
11u15: soup with my granny.
12u15: warm meal with fish.
16u workout back: chins, rows, armpit rows, static laterals, cable rows.
I have my reasons why i'm not doing deadlifts now please don't comment.
16u30: milk with protein powder, a peanut butter bar, 0,5l water.
