my wrists and elbows are killing me! help!

just lately ive been getting alot of jip of me wrists and elbows and today was just unbelievebly painful! i was doing incline, flat bench and dips today and a i nearly couldnt finsh the workout! ive been taking cod liver(550mg) and glucosamine(600mg)a day for about 10 months now but just lately its been getting far worse can anyone help me, should i increase my cod liver and glucosamine?

    Could be several things.
    You could be over training?
    Could be that your getting to strong to quickly, and your joints/lig are not keeping up?
    Could be steroid related...growing to quickly?
    Could be that there are certain exercises that are hurting you....try and find what causing the problems.
    You might try and take some time off.

    i've heard of changing your grip can help. what i mean is moving your grip in or out on the bar. i've never tried this but i have heard that this can help. you might want to try it and see.
