not had it but don't like the look of it.
19 of the 37 grams of carbs come from sugars... not like a meal which it is supposed to be replacing would.

the "Weight Gainer Elite Formula" looks better but could do with more protein.

I *personally* would use the customiser and have something like:
    5% Flax Seed Powder
    5% Maltodextrin
    40% Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
20% Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (EURO)
    10% Activated Barley
    20% Milk Protein Concentrate
    for £10.18 a KG

I think would roughly work out about 30g protein and 40g carbs 5g fat

Yes our MRP is getting updated its a bit out of date now.

I agree with John go for a custom formula, few changes but something like this: (our new MRP will be pretyy simliar)

    5% Flax Seed Powder
    5% Maltodextrin
    40% Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
20% Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (EURO)
    10% Activated Barley
    10% Milk Protein Concentrate
10% Egg Albumin (egg white powder)

To replicate an "off the shelf" flavour go for a *flavour (chocolate is most peoples fav) and extra sweetener.

only 40% protein? Most MRP out there are 35-40g in a serving size of 70g-with this you would need 100g of powder for 40g of protein

Well of course you can change it to your needs. Changed slightly to up protein:

    5% Flax Seed Powder
    5% Maltodextrin
    30% Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
30% Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (EURO)
    10% Activated Barley
    10% Milk Protein Concentrate
10% Egg Albumin (egg white powder)

This will now give you roughly: (less out more WPC80, you could even use WPI instead):

    Energy 1625.2
    Calories 387.3
    Protein 47.0
    Carbs 33.3
    Fat 6.9
    Fibre 4.2

    Thanks

make your own, use 80 whey from myprotein, then go buy a big bag of oats and grind them in a coffee bean grinder.
