myprotein total peptide?

Hi, I've searched this and can't see much if anything.

I currently use this product (myprotein total peptide) as my protein powder of choice.

I use it post workout and probably once or twice a day apart from that, is it suitable for the purposes of post workout and as a general protein boost throughout the day?

it's a blend of three proteins so could it be not quite suitable for post workout?

thanks :)

I wish I was more attractive like Dagless.

Blends are actually meant to be better, so yeah it's fine.

Folks use whey for the most part as it's cheaper and fine to use during the day.

The whey component would still be absorbed at it's maximum rate of about 8-10g per hour iirc or thereabouts - I saw a study which showed there was no change in absorption rates of the different proteins taken as a blend (whey/mpc/egg white) than if they were taken individually.
