mystery creatine

Due to legal reasons, i cannot mention the brand, or product name:

It's been out for a while and boasts....'the worlds first non-monohydrate creatine'

INGREDIENTS: 99.9% pure Creatine bonded to the Krebs Cycle Intermediate.

"The Krebs Cycle bonding method is used by Pharmaceutical companies to make drugs more powerful"

effects:

SCIENTIFIC FACTS THAT CAN'T BE IGNORED

Creatine 'X' is absorbed faster than Monohydrate.
Creatine 'X' has a 90% absorption rate, as opposed to Monohydrate which is 40%.
Creatine 'X' is 225% more bioavailable.
Creatine 'X' is 100% water soluble.
Creatine 'X' is 10x more soluble. Instant is 14%, Monohydrate is 1.4%.

The company refuse to tell me the type of creatine it is (i.e creatine malate etc.). All i've been able to get out of them is that it's not CEE

So....can you identify the type of creatine this is?

they dont tell you what it is, they dont get your money. simple as that. a company saying no to a request for basic info like that is silly as hell. **** em.

probably malate if its tangy, malate being a form of citric acid.

but just buy stuff that says what it is on the tin, like ronseal!!! lol

I would say malate on the fact its water soluable and has a tangy taste. I personally have liked creatine malate, however there are no studies/research to back up any of the facts that they claim!

    Creatine Gluconate?

Not sure if its tangy or not, just a pure guess.

    LOL

IMO When a product ad starts with an invalid sentence,it should be completely ignored. How come this is the world's "first non-monohydrate creatine" ? Either they mean other forms of creatine (like CEE and others) that come from mono , or something completely new and not made by mono- which would simply not be creatine at all.

Anyway, since it mentions a Krebs cycle intermediate, I'd bet it's either citrate or malate. In any case, I'd personally not even bother

Then give it a try, nothing to lose I guess. 99% it's either citrate or malate, so you shouldn't have any probs with either of them
