ist timers means what it says you only get one chance in first timers ,so make the most of it . you would have to do another class most go for novice .

certainly aim, 21 years old, was going to enter BNBF last year as a junior but lost my bottle when the time got close,

been training since i was 14, got more into it once i could drive, and now its impulsive, starting dieting just over 14 weeks out lost 17 lbs so far and its beginning to come together well, last few pounds to go and i'll be happy, first timers in Exeter as a practice and then depending on weight im looking at the light weight under 72 kg in Dorchester,

Cheat days are great though arent they!!! :->, just had mine yesterday, and i am now planning next weeks, thats what keeps me going all week knowing the rewards at the end of the week,

how many weeks out are you? natural?

Sounds a good strategy i have 6-7 weeks to go going to do either the pro lab classic comp or nabba scottish first timers just for the experience, always good to have goals, yeah a cheat meal is good

I have used a little gear in the past a cycle 5 years ago so 2 years till i can do bnbf shows, but might not go for them and go for weight classes like the efbb, had a bad knee ligament injury a year and half ago so lost a little track lower body so after these comps looking to put some solid mass on there and over the whole body, its all fun though going for a comp.
