Sort that diet out bro....
Mne has been a bit crap lately as well cometo think of it...I hate this time of year...too cold to do any cardio, so I just eat!

Training coming along nicely then?

yup, achin alot more seein i hadnt been to the gym during rammadan. but my lifts werent too affected, down by around 10 kgs on everything which is aight i guess.keep tellin ma self to do cardio but i forget or cant b bothered. hows urs goin? break another PB again, LOL.

ok workout today was shatterin. fcuk are ma arms and legs are hurtin, probs to do with the intro's of a few new exercises which i never really do.diet, tbh dunno if its crap or bad. 4 the small minority who read this journal, y'all should be the judge.

Ok diet first

Morn. 10.00
Two PB sandwhiches
half litre of milk

1.00 pm- bout 300g couscous

4.00 pm- PB sandwhich with wholemeal bread

6.40- train

8.15- 2 fillets of skale
bout 200g of basmati rice
half tub youghurt

in between those meals, cos im revising an dont have the time to make meals, i jus snacked on hell of alot of almonds and pistachio's

training wise

dips-6X5
front squats- 5x5- max weight 40 kgs
dumbell press-5x5 using 14 kgs ea dumbell
incline barbell press- 1X12 using 45 kgs ( trainin partner wanted to do this badly dunno why)
stiff leg deadlift- 5X5-max weight 40 kgs
pinch grip with 10 kg plates - 3X10 sec holds
wrist curls usin 10 kg plates- 3X3
farmers walk using 32 kgs each dumbell-3 walks around gym
static hold using 32 kgs 3x10 sec holds

Aight today's workout was OK i guess felt wierd cos ma gym is bein renovated. Also quite embaressing cos i kinda dropped a barbell when i lets say got distracted by somin.

Deadlifts-5X5 105 kgs max
Close grip chins-3X5 with 10 kgs
Wide grip chins-2X5
Military Press-5X5 max weight 30 kgs

Looks like you had a nice session bro..keep it going. Dont worry too much about the cardio,,,I havent started mine....
whats the grip training like? Thing is I never have problems with my grip (so far) so have never tried it

Lol. but y can't they jus wear normal tracksuits as opposed to hot pants. yeah i aint too bothered bout cardio, too cold to do it. grip trainins cool cos grip trainin i have to say i like my forearms the most.

lol, nah some hot latina in ma gym wearin hot pants, damn b1tch made me lose ma concentration. trainins goin all well, so did operation except for the fact im on roids and speak like kermit the frog, hopefully, everythin will be better by new years eve.

aight things have been really fcukin up ma goals of 200 pounds, first fastin (not enough preperation in terms of food n to lazy to go gym) so i lost bout 10 pounds, then this surgery thing played up this week n prevented me from eatin properly this entire week, so here i am at 157 pounds. New years resolution is to have a spot on diet, to stick stictly to my trainin regime which probs means droppin ma gym membership an buyin some free weights of my own.Hopefully 185 min next aug.

today so far i did
35 dips
bout 15 pushups
plyometric stair runs
lateral holds using dyson vacuum

pretty sh1t i know, but im revisin as well 4 exams next week.

Challo, no worries man.
Just need to start eating like a horse and getting sorted!
Are you one of thos types of people that can eat all sorts of food and as much as you like and never put on any weight? My training partner is the same. He weight sabout 9 and a half stone and eats gund all teh time and never puts on weight.
All I can say is eat more and see what happens!

yup im exactly ona those types, ma body seems to have this limit of 11 stones max, which it wont go over.Might have to invest in some weight gainers i guess, now all i need is some cash to buy it. As for the Jan meet hopefully i should be able to make it.

today i did

45 pylo pushups
45 tuck jumps
45 bench dips
45 squat jumps with 25 kgs
45 close grip pushups
45 hyper extensions
45 walking lunges
45 cruches.

You say you're struggling to get over 11 stone - do you have a consistant diet?

pretty much, usual trainin day would probs look like this

10.30-oats with jam
PB sandwhich
Banana

12.30- Sandwhich with turkey and houmous spread
fruit salad

2.30- Brown rice with fish of somesort and veg

5.30- 2 banana's, 2 glasses skim milk with skim milk powder

6.30 train (no whey afterwards)

7.15- yams, fish or chicken, salad, rice, yoghurt,

9.15- wholewheat cereal with skim milk

11.00 half cup of cottage cheese, and half cup of almonds.

lately ma diets been pretty crap, cos of exams n b4 that fastin, but I seem to have this 11 stone barrier, like b4 fastin when i had diet much like that posted up now i still would not budge ova 11 stone.

Damn its been a long time since i've been to the gym, and boy has this journal gathered dust, but its time to brush off the dust, and start all over again. Due to surgery and exams, i havent done any real form of serious trainin and havent had a good diet. But now hopefully im going to be consistent with my training.

Today i ate this

7.30-half block halloumi cheese, 100g low fat greek yoghurt, Wholemeal pitta bread, and some grilled tomatoes.

10.40- 100g of peanuts, and a can of nourishment(sp?)

1.00-potatoes, carrots, turkey sausages, and an orange

3.40- lentil soup, brown rice, spinach, and potatoes

5.00- 2 banana's

6.30-7.30 train
7.40-snickers bar
8.30-brown rice, homous, yoghurt, potatoes, spinach, chicken,salad, and 3 wholemeal pitta breads.

now- tub of yoghurt.

trainin wise

deadlift: 40X8 60X8 80X8

wide grip chins: 7 6 4

close grip chins: 8 8 couldnt manage doin some more due to cramp in arm

so cable curl: 5X50 Kgs

then grip work

plate holds- 3X10 sec holds
Static holds using 28 kg dumbell 3X10 sec holds
farmers walks usin 28 kgs 3 laps
gorilla hangs 3x20 sec holds

then 10 mins mod cardio.

aight today i did this

Squats 40X8 60X8 70X7
Calf raises 40X8 60X8 70X8

needless to say i havent done legs in a lo........ng time an after this workout was fcuked, almost fell down a flight of stairs at the tube station and a usually brisk 10 min walk home felt like i was walkin for 3 miles with about a ton strapped to ma legs
