hahaha...i know teh feeling...thats what i was like when i was doing 50kg bloody squats last week!! Gonan go with front suquats, SLDL's and Calf raises for Saturday legs session now...see what happens. Hows teh diet going?? Tried eating loads yet?? Any difference on weight?? You weighing yourself regularly?

diets good, took knightys advice of premakin loadsa carbs, protein, etc and puttin em in tupperware, so im gettin a good supply of food.havent really weighed maself should do, then probs weigh maself again 12 weeks later.

Good man. keep the food intake high and train hard and hopefully you will start to gain weight. One problem that my training partner has is that he is somehow 'afraid' to go heavy. I dont know how to put it but he likes sticking to say one weight and doing 4 sets of 8-10. To gain weight I found it great to go up in weight and do reps of 3 in some cases. Do you do this already??

wont bother postin diet it was pretty crap, due to me chattin to some new acquaintances (sp?)a bit longer than expected (i lie a lot longer than expected)

grip training

20x10 sec hold 32x20 sec hold 36x10 sec hold
farmers walk 22x 2 laps.

today felt quite weak, probs to do with the little rest that i had ova these weekends, fri chattin to these two gals till 3.30 in bed by 5, woke up at 9 am couldnt go bak to sleep, then went mates house on sat, stayed there till 3 slept at 4.30 an woke up at 7.30 cos of lil bro who wouldnt let me sleep, and on sun n mon slept around 10.30, so im pretty sure thats the prob oh well, as soon as im finished writin this im hittin the sack.

diet

7.30-2 eggs with haloumi, 4 slices wholemeal bread with jam

1.00-pasta, veg, cheese onion slice, and 2 wholemeal bread

4.00-100g couscous 100g pumpkin seeds 50g raisins

5.30-fortified milk

now- bout 300-400g of egg rice with chicken breast and veg.

aight today it was legs, almost had a incident where i blew ma back but lucky i had some1 behind me.

all weights in kgs
standin cable crunches- 30x8 35x16
side standin cable crunches- same as above
leg press ( i know its crap, but i had to do somin to pass time rather than jus stand around waitin to use the squat rack)-50x5 80x5 110x5 150x5 170x5
squats- 30x5 50x5 60x5 80x2 actual reps & one forced rep-(blew it here, probs due to the fact todays diet was sh1te and i exhausted maself on the above mentioned exercises)

todays diet

7.15-lentil soup, lamb, fortified skim milk (4 teaspoons)

10.40- nourishment drink

1.00- mash, veg, and corn on cob

4.50- 100g pumpkin seeds, and 100g raisins

now- 3 plate fulls of pasta, and lean mince meat.

aight i realise its gonna seem that im changin routines alot, but as of today im stick to a 2 day split, mainly cos these are ma last 3 months of school b4 the finals, and i really need to concentrate on that. SO today i started frankies 2 day split.
all in kgs

mili presses

5x15 5x20 5x25 5x30 3x35

Deadlifts

5x40 5x60 5x80 5x100 4x120 (PB! YAY me)

dips

0x5 8x5 10x5 10x5 10x2( heard strange crack sound from ma neck so stopped)

wide grip chins

3x5 (could do more but training partner was being lazy and wanted to do ab work)

ab work

plank 40 sec hold, 40 sec hold with 10 kg, 40sec hold with 15, finally 35 sec hold with 20.

situps on swiss ball, 3X12 using, same weights as above in plank.

no grip was in a kinda lazy mood today.

diet

7.15- fortified milk with bowl of cheerios

1.00-2 plate fulls of baked beans, chicken breast, and fries(i know bad)

4.00- 1 pb sandwhich, 1 beef and cheese sandwhich

8.00- some typa fish (pollock or somin), veg, bagguettes.

now- 2 banana's.

Todays session was excellent,broke a lot of PB's. most probs gonna stick wid 2 day splits now, recovery for me is better.

as u can see im pretty chuffed wid my self today wid due reason. YAY me. lol.

woah its been long since i've hit the gym, was in DUBAI(!!!) for a week, and boy did i hit the steaks like mad (47p each!!!), bein the saddo i am i did go gym there once (blo0dy no free weights all machines but hey the gals in there made up 4 it) then when i came bak the weather change gave me an immediate flu, so i been restin up. Today was actually quite good, diet was sh1t but session really good.

7.00- big bowl of fruit n fibre with skim milk

1.00- 4 cheese n onion pies, steak cut chips, pasta salad, 2 slices brown bread, banana and orange

4.00- couscous and fish

now- big plate of chicken with wild rice and veg.

routine

Progressing nicely there mate.You seem to be having some latge gaps with no food tho. 7 then again at 1 is too long IMO, you should be getting some food in every 3 hours really.

yeah i know ma bad, its jus that i got soo many lessons now in school cos ma finals in may, so dont really have that much of a break, we're allowed liquids into the lesson, would take whey but dont really have any.

It doesn't have to be whey mate... altho it is cheap if you buy in bulk. Any protein shake stuff would do. Whey is only 'important' when rapid absorbtion is required such as PWO.

nah the weights been goin up and so has mine, so its all good, somin like 165 now, can see 180-200 somewhere in the horizon now, lol.

3.30- protein shake with milk

7.00- pwo shake

now- pasta with mince, orange
