soz ma post in ur journal will explain, but went gym yesterday, heres wot i did not really nethin serious because i will be not be goin gym as of next for 2 weeks due to exams.

machine shoulder press- 3x8-45 kgs
standin shoulder press 2x7- 25 kgs -wow i've dropped weight on this
squats-5x7- 65 kgs
dumbell bench- 5x5-18 kgs
triceps pushdowns-2x7-30 kgs.

aight due to exams aint been goin gym (but still find to surf MT between breaks) had ma first final today and god willin its all good, it certainly felt that way (hey im asian we have back up smartness built in). Did some weights yesterday usin ma old set of york weights (we all have have them)

OHS-5x5 at 18 kgs
single leg squat-30 kgs at 5x5
one legged calf raises-3x12

bodyweight triceps extension-4x8

woohoo! was back at gym today, and boy did it feel good, and boy did i realise how out of shape i've become in a few weeks

close grip chins 5x5
mixed grip chins-2x7
wide grip chins-2x7
sternum pull ups-2x7
bradford presses- 25kgs-5x5
glute ham raises on the floor-1 (this is bl00dy hard on the floor)
deadlift walks-15x2
cable crunches-60-2x5
