soz ma post in ur journal will explain, but went gym yesterday, heres wot i did not really nethin serious because i will be not be goin gym as of next for 2 weeks due to exams.
machine shoulder press- 3x8-45 kgs
standin shoulder press 2x7- 25 kgs -wow i've dropped weight on this
squats-5x7- 65 kgs
dumbell bench- 5x5-18 kgs
triceps pushdowns-2x7-30 kgs.
